Fresh ground beef seasoned with traditional Latin flavors of cumin, garlic, onion and sautéed a la plancha. These tasty morsels are placed over a bed of fluffy jasmine rice and then topped with a fresh corn salad and cheddar cheese. We have placed some crema on the side.
